ENDOSCOPIC SPINE SURGERY

Endoscopic spine surgery is a minimally invasive surgical technique used to treat conditions affecting the spine. Instead of making a large incision, Doctor Shen uses a small endoscope (a thin, tube-like device with a light and camera on the end) to view the affected area and perform the procedure. The endoscope is inserted through small incisions, minimizing damage to surrounding tissues and reducing the risk of complications. This type of surgery is typically performed as an outpatient procedure and results in less pain, faster recovery, and smaller scars compared to traditional open surgeries.

DISC REGENERATION

Disc regeneration is a surgical procedure aimed at repairing or regenerating damaged intervertebral discs in the spine. The intervertebral discs are the cushioning pads between the vertebral bones and play a crucial role in spinal stability and movement. When a disc becomes damaged, it can cause pain, loss of mobility, and even nerve compression.
